Role Summary:

In response to expansion, this HR-Tech company is seeking a talented and commercially-focused Client Success Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Although the organization is in a start-up/scale-up phase, it is supported by a larger entity, facilitating a pathway for swift growth.

The team is energetic and deeply passionate about their mission. The platform is designed to enhance career transparency and accessibility.

Your primary goals will be client retention and account development, collaborating closely with the broader team to meet these objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer success role with a high-touch approach.
  • Commercially astute, with a track record of meeting commercial targets and understanding key metrics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, scaling or start-up SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in high-touch client management, ensuring valuable engagement with clients at every interaction.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to convey insights through storytelling.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • A collaborative team player who supports, learns from, and contributes to the team.
  • Preferably experienced in HR-Tech solutions and/or engaging with HR decision-makers.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary up to £45,000 with an uncapped bonus potential of £10,000.
