- Has 3+ years of pertinent experience in client success or a comparable role
- Possesses experience in programmatic advertising and familiarity with Google Advertising platforms
- Holds a solid understanding of paid social advertising
- Exhibits high empathy, a positive demeanor, and a strong commitment to assisting clients in achieving their objectives
- Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset with a propensity for action and collaboration
- Can articulate complex concepts clearly and convert data into actionable insights
- Possesses strong communication skills in English
- Is prepared and willing to travel for business reviews and industry events as necessary
- Can work in the London office at least 2 days a week
