Job Summary
Flex Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our customer success journey, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across your designated segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience and meeting their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in your segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance, to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and share timely market event information to materially impact client interactions.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve our services based on client needs.
- Solve problems and make effective decisions that meet our clients' needs while balancing the needs of our talent.
Requirements
- A qualified or ex-lawyer looking for a career change, or a recruiter with experience working in legal recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Proactive and able to take initiative for the benefit of the team and/or clients/candidates.
- Energized by meeting people and building relationships.
