Client Success Partner

At Gartner, we're committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Partner, you'll play a critical role in driving client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and maximizing the benefits of their sponsorship packages.
  • Support assigned Global accounts, collaborating with Account Executives to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive satisfaction, account retention, and growth.
  • Support clients through the renewal process, presenting evidence of value received to drive successful renewals.
  • Work closely with Content Liaisons to ensure alignment of sponsor content with event content.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interpreting and reacting to client requests in a customer-focused manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-suite is required, with a willingness to travel and offer onsite event support to clients.
