Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences

As a Client Success Manager at Toluna, you will be responsible for delivering a great client experience by meeting clients' strategic insights needs. You will support projects in both do-it-yourself and serviced/assisted modes, establishing trusted advisor relationships with each assigned client and driving continued value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with clients and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Partner with clients to establish critical goals, key performance indicators, and success measures.
  • Lead clients in achieving their goals through initial end-client training and onboarding on the Toluna Start platform.
  • Provide ongoing account support for end-clients using Toluna Start in 'do it yourself' or 'do it with you' mode.
  • Routinely review client projects to ensure best practices are met and implemented.
  • Manage projects on behalf of clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor data quality on Toluna-serviced projects and account growth with the goal of increasing credit spend and platform usage.
  • Collaborate closely with account management leads to monitor and review credit balance/spending trends, license status, and account planning next steps.
