Job Title: Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Datamaran. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers throughout their journey with our platform, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize the value of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic support and guidance to help them achieve their ESG goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our platform
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Monitor customer platform usage and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Consistently manage renewal and expansion forecasts, ensuring accurate predictions and timely action

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company
  • Professional working knowledge of ESG and Materiality
  • Excellent English writing and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
