We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Insurwave Limited. As a key member of our client success team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and maximize the value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize platform value.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and pain points to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proactively manage account health, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations for feature adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and feedback.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients fully leverage our platform's potential.
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting in commercial insurance is desirable.
- Demonstrate a data-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Passion for technology and a desire to help clients thrive.
