As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with our teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solution set. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments, pipeline development, and forecasting
- Growing existing accounts by finding new buyers and introducing new and/or enhanced solutions
- Acting as a strategic partner between LRN and our clients, building relationships with multiple contacts and buying centers
- Participating in planning processes with clients regarding the deployment and utilization of our licensed solution set
- Running outbound prospecting campaigns to supplement inbound leads
- Analyzing client health metrics and recommending optimization and improvements
- Executing formal Program/Business Reviews with client stakeholders and sponsors
- Managing, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline development
You should have:
Must-have skills
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
- Exceptional relationship development and management abilities
- Experience supporting individuals using a SaaS business application
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and discipline to various situations and environments
- Effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge of technology and system interfaces
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC
- Knowledge of Ethics and Compliance learning space and/or working with learning platforms and solutions
- A high degree of ethics and integrity
