Job Description

NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing critical insights and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the Customer Success team, including account planning, insight project management, and team development.
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, retailer news, and competitor activity to ensure NielsenIQ remains a thought leader in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of building and establishing collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial capability and experience in developing and executing successful account plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality results.
