Position: Customer Success Manager - Bilingual (German and English)

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients, specifically those who speak German and English. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the renewal of contracts and to foster increased spending from our customer base. You will oversee the entire renewal process, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to contract renewal, while proactively addressing any challenges that arise. Conducting performance reviews and engaging in meaningful discussions with clients will be essential to your role. Your communication will primarily occur through virtual meetings, emails, and phone calls, addressing all aspects of the sales cycle including pricing, contract details, and issue resolution. Utilizing Salesforce, you will track orders, gather information, and conduct research to support your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively follow up on all assigned contract renewal opportunities. Manage the renewal process comprehensively, from onboarding to negotiations and finalization. Collaborate closely with product specialists and support teams to structure effective renewal contracts. Achieve and surpass quarterly sales targets related to contract renewals. Negotiate contract terms that align with client needs while enhancing operational efficiencies and revenue. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data within Salesforce.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience in enterprise or solution-based selling. Ability to cultivate and secure revenue growth within your assigned accounts. Strong skills in upselling and enhancing customer retention. Fluency at C1 level or higher in both English and German is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus but not required. Capability to expand user engagement and quickly establish rapport to understand client needs. Experience in account development and identifying growth opportunities. Demonstrated time management and analytical skills to uncover larger solutions. Ability to address pricing objections and competition with effective problem-solving and persuasive communication.
