Dailymotion is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Success Specialist to enhance our vibrant team, concentrating on client satisfaction and account management.

In this role, you will serve as the main liaison for advertisers and agencies, addressing all inquiries related to campaigns throughout their duration.

Your success will be measured by client acquisition and retention rates.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Responding to RFPs and client inquiries in partnership with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams Spotting opportunities for major accounts and devising effective advertising strategies to fulfill client goals Cultivating and enhancing client relationships to promote retention, growth, and satisfaction Taking proactive measures to optimize revenue within your assigned accounts Conducting thorough analyses of campaign performance and delivering actionable insights for future initiatives through post-campaign evaluations Collaborating with the AdOps team to guarantee successful campaign execution Partnering with the Sales Marketing team to create impactful media and insights solutions

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or sales in a comparable position Knowledge of the UK market is advantageous Familiarity with essential concepts in programmatic and digital advertising Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities Proficient in English and French Advanced skills in MS Office Suite Capacity to manage multiple tasks and think critically Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
