Your primary objective is to ensure that project milestones are met within the specified timeframe and budget, thereby contributing to the overall success of the campaign. As the main point of contact for clients post-sale, delivering outstanding customer service is essential for fostering strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and alignment at every phase. Your role is pivotal in keeping projects on schedule, adhering to the established objectives and timelines. This requires proactive planning, monitoring progress, and addressing any potential issues before they affect the project's success.

Conducting post-campaign evaluations will provide critical insights for sales teams to share with clients. This analysis is vital for showcasing the campaign's effectiveness and plays a significant role in securing future engagements by emphasizing successful outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement.
