About Us:
At Social Value Portal, we offer intuitive, online collaboration tools designed for the public, private, and voluntary sectors to enhance social value delivery.
In your role as a Client Success Specialist, you will motivate, mentor, and assist our clients in maximizing their investment in our solutions.
You will collaborate closely with our Strategic Account Managers to formulate and execute success strategies, ensuring our clients reach their social value targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving product utilization and value, providing clients with industry insights and best practices.
- Maintaining precise client records and monitoring key performance indicators to manage success effectively.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model, allowing for a mix of office and remote work.
We seek candidates with a strong grasp of customer success methodologies and post-sale account management. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £38,000, depending on experience, plus an additional £20,000 in on-target earnings.
Our benefits include flexible working arrangements, private medical insurance from day one, 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays and your birthday off, enhanced parental leave, and life assurance at four times your salary.
