About the Role:

Caselton Clark is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sponsor content, including program sessions, editorials, webcasts, and roundtables, to ensure high-quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage client interactions, lead business reviews, and develop customer success improvement plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns, engaging corporate members in content across editorial and events (physical and digital).
  • Proactively manage accounts, report on customer health to internal stakeholders, and develop strategies to improve customer success.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in Customer Success, with experience as a Customer Success Manager in a similar organization (events & media preferred).
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for customer success and event management.
