Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our Practice Intelligence GTM division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving customer satisfaction and engagement, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, and product, to drive customer engagement and adoption
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, including account history and contact details
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless delivery of client services
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives, including market research and competitive analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools
