Client Success Partner

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Global Client Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customized client onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of sponsorship packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional client support and drive client satisfaction.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive client growth.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess client needs and develop targeted solutions to drive client success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and drive client retention.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or client success.
- Proven track record of driving client growth and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
