Job Description

NielsenIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering unparalleled insights into consumer buying behavior. As a Client Business Partner, you will be the key figure in driving a successful account team at one of the UK's largest retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent NielsenIQ as a commercial and analytical lead, leveraging a deep understanding of market analytical services to deliver critical insights and support to senior client stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, driving client satisfaction, and positioning NielsenIQ as a trusted advisor within the retailer's insight team.
  • Lead the NielsenIQ Customer Success team, including account planning, insight project management, and team development, to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, identifying opportunities to position and sell enhanced capabilities, and drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of 10+ associates, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure engagement and a strong team environment.
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and lead the Customer Success team through the RFP process, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of building and establishing collaborative and valuable relationships with senior stakeholders at large clients.
  • A client-driven attitude, with strong experience in working as an experienced consultant for senior stakeholders at large clients, ideally in the retail sector.
  • A confident team leader, able to motivate and organize an analytical team to deliver exceptional results.
  • A strong commercial capability, with the ability to create and deliver a successful account plan, identifying opportunities to position and sell enhanced capabilities.
