Client Success Partner

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our Global Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and maximizing the value of their sponsorship packages.
  • Support assigned Global accounts, working closely with Account Executives to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of client goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client growth and retention, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales Organization to drive satisfaction and account growth.
  • Support client renewal process, presenting evidence of value received to drive renewal.
  • Partner with Content Liaison to ensure alignment of sponsor content with event content.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and G-suite.
  • Ability to travel and offer onsite event support to clients (4-8 events a year).
  • Willingness to travel to client-facing meetings 15% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
