As a Client Success Manager, you will be the day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for facilitating their success by understanding their needs and partnering with them to achieve their goals. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth through effective project management and programme delivery.

Key Characteristics:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment working with clients who have high expectations.
  • The ability to think logically and laterally: creative problem solving, ability to foresee and resolve potential issues before they arise.
  • Great project and programme management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities at pace.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage all elements of programmes and all key stakeholders.
  • To be highly organised with your finger to the pulse of our client needs.
  • Diligence, ability to use your initiative and a focus on excellence in everything you do.
  • Confidence and be willing to use your voice.
  • Great IT skills, especially with PowerPoint and ideally HubSpot, as well as Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience of working within people consultancies or in a similar role with three to five years' experience would be an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary between £40-50k and will depend on experience - and a discretionary bonus of up to 10% pa based on company performance
  • 25 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays and you will also get one day each year to celebrate your birthday
  • Private Medical Insurance and a Group Personal Pension Scheme
  • Hybrid role with one day bi-monthly in London (Holborn). With the opportunity to meet in person more often as needed.
