Job Description

NielsenIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering unparalleled insights into consumer buying behavior. We're seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team and drive success with one of the UK's largest retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent NielsenIQ as a commercial and analytical lead, leveraging a deep understanding of market analytical services to deliver critical insights and support to senior client stakeholders.
  • Build a long-term relationship with the client by delivering exceptional service, driving client satisfaction, and positioning NielsenIQ as a trusted advisor within the retailer's insight team.
  • Lead the NielsenIQ Customer Success team, including account planning, insight project management, and team development, to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, identifying opportunities to position and sell enhanced capabilities, and drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of 10+ associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure engagement and a strong team environment.
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and lead the Customer Success team through the RFP process, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of building and establishing collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders at large clients.
  • Strong commercial capability, with experience in creating and delivering successful account plans, and identifying opportunities to position and sell enhanced capabilities.
  • Confident team leader, with the ability to motivate and organize an analytical team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, including regular on-site visits.
