About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at EF Education First Gruppe. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and preferences
  • Design and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop creative solutions
  • Fluent in English, with an additional language a plus
