About the Role

Caselton Clark is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering client campaigns to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage schedules of activity for each client in collaboration with sales, editorial, and production teams.
  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sponsor content, including programme sessions, editorials, webcasts, and roundtables.
  • Engage Corporate Members in content across editorial and events (physical and digital).
  • Conduct yearly business reviews with key customers, focusing on outcomes and value.
  • Proactively manage accounts and report on customer health to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement customer success improvement plans.
  • Attend physical events to manage client experiences onsite, with advance planning to accommodate your schedule.

Requirements

  • A proven background in Customer Success—experience as a Customer Success Manager in a similar organization (events & media preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a customer-first environment.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Action-oriented, collaborative team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Motivated and entrepreneurial with an interest in customer success and event management.
