Job Title: Programme Leader in Law

Job Summary:

Regent College London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Leader in Law to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our Law programme, ensuring its academic excellence and relevance to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the Law programme, ensuring its smooth operation and academic integrity.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme relevance and industry alignment.
  • Lead and manage a team of academic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to promote the programme and enhance its reputation.
  • Contribute to the development of programme marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Proven experience in academic programme management, preferably in a higher education institution.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements in higher education.
