Education Programmes Coordinator

Currently, our client seeks an Education Programmes Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

Salary of £45,000 plus benefits (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

As an Education Programmes Coordinator, you will manage our client's strategy for engaging schools, nurseries, and colleges in their funded initiatives and trials.

You will devise strategies to involve nurseries and colleges in our client's research and facilitate the expansion of other successful programmes that positively impact educational attainment.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and refining recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment between grantee activities and overarching recruitment efforts, and evaluating the effectiveness of our client's methods.

Additionally, you will:

- Collaborate closely with the communications team to produce accurate, high-quality recruitment materials
- Supervise the Education Programmes Officer

Candidate Profile

To be considered for the role of Education Programmes Coordinator, you will need:

- A proven track record in project management and execution
- Experience working with educational institutions (preferably including colleges and nurseries) and an understanding of their challenges
- Experience representing an organization in an external-facing capacity, particularly to educational institutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
