The Coordinator is essential in improving educational quality and nurturing a stimulating learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Assist in the creation, execution, and assessment of academic programs and curricula.
- Collaborate with educators to ensure course materials meet program goals and accreditation requirements.
- Organize and oversee academic calendars, including class schedules, exam timelines, and graduation events.
Student Assistance:
- Offer academic guidance and support to students, including advice on course choices, degree prerequisites, and academic progress.
- Address and resolve student inquiries and issues related to their educational journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost student engagement and retention.
Faculty Coordination:
- Act as the main liaison between faculty and administration.
- Facilitate faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and assessment of faculty members.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation for administrative and accreditation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to achieve institutional objectives.
- Effectively communicate with students, faculty, and external partners to promote academic offerings.
- Organize and engage in academic events, workshops, and seminars.
Continuous Development:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law/Education (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Familiarity with curriculum development, academic advising, and educational policies.

- Proficiency in educational software and administrative tools.
