Job Title: Graduate Coordinator

The Aga Khan University (International) in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Graduate Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Education Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of graduate programs, including data management, student records, and academic support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including admissions, attendance, and academic performance.
  • Coordinate data collection and reporting for graduate programs, ensuring timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Education Department, including coordinating events, managing communication, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with the Registrar's Office and other university departments to ensure seamless delivery of graduate programs.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track student progress and program metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information.
