Academic Program Coordinator

Hult International Business School is seeking a highly motivated and organized Academic Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the postgraduate academic team, you will be responsible for managing the student journey for a specific program, working closely with the Campus Dean and Academic team to deliver a high-quality academic experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned academic program(s), ensuring seamless student experience and academic success.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and success metrics, collaborating with Registry and Assistant/Associate Dean to address any concerns.
- Provide administrative and course support to program faculty, including preparation and logistics.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop academic projects and student study/skill workshops.
- Organize and coordinate academic-related student extracurricular projects and networking/social events.
- Manage academic communications to students through various channels.
- Serve as a liaison between academics, student services, and careers to deliver a seamless student experience.
- Assist with orientation, graduation, leadership trainings, and other larger student/campus events.
- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a student-facing role, with administrative or academic support experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally with faculty, staff, and students.
- Native English speaker or similar level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service and analytical skills.
- Strong comprehension of Microsoft packages and database management.
