Academic Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned academic programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality student outcomes.
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and success metrics, working closely with the Deanery and Registry to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative and course support to program faculty, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of academic materials.
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop academic projects, student study/skill workshops, and other initiatives that enhance the student experience.
  • Address student and faculty concerns, conflicts, and issues, providing guidance and support in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate academic-related student extracurricular projects, networking/social events, and other activities that foster a sense of community and engagement.
  • Manage academic communications to students through various channels, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
  • Serve as a liaison between academics, student services, and careers, facilitating a seamless student experience and advising students on options during their academic journey.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with a strong academic record.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a student-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with faculty, staff, and students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Native English speaker or similar level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance long-term planning with short-term objectives.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collegial attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and campuses.
