The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Program Coordinator. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday (35 hours per week), 12-month contract. Following this period, you will be expected to attend the office three days a week, with flexibility for additional days when required for business needs, such as events.

  • Ensure the team is aware of and complies with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of broader operational plans, manage operational plans in own area, and enable successful implementation by prioritizing and aligning planned activities.
  • Prepare documentation by collating data and liaising across teams to prepare complex reports to inform review, planning, and decision-making.
  • Lead on the delivery of a portfolio of elective courses within their Subject Area, within budget and to quality standards and targets.

  • Experience of working within higher education within an administrative or programmes role - either at senior level with leadership experience, seeking the next step in your career, or at management level
