About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating academic programs, supporting students, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate academic programs, including timetabling and teaching space allocation
  • Provide administrative support to academic staff, including preparing materials and maintaining records
  • Support students with academic and pastoral needs, including identifying areas for improvement in support structures and processes
  • Liaise with centre and university staff, as well as external stakeholders, on academic support matters
  • Attend and take minutes at academic program meetings as required
Requirements
  • Experience in an education setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong administrative skills, with excellent written and spoken English
  • Well-developed IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young adults
  • Fluency in a second language (desirable)
