Job Description

TestYantra Software Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Program Management Specialist to join our team. As an Academic Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Management: With a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Program Management, you will work closely with our Customer's Change Team Manager and Programme Manager to assist with project support work for IT Transformation.
  2. Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange meetings, project & programme events/workshops to ensure smooth program execution.
  3. Project Administration: Maintain Project & Programme structure charts, resource trackers & Teams sites with the Programme Manager.
  4. General Administration: Provide general project office administration, including the creation and maintenance of appropriate filing and access permissions within a shared environment.
  5. IT Purchase Order/Invoicing Management: Support the Programme Manager with IT Purchase Order / Invoicing Management.
  6. Project Reporting: Ensure weekly project/programme PSR's are delivered on time and conduct project reviews against set deadlines.
  7. Issue Resolution: Liaise with Project Team members and provide suggestions/solutions to unforeseen issues when required.
