Academic Program Manager

Hult International Business School is seeking a highly motivated and organized Academic Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the postgraduate academic team, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest quality academic experience to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned academic programs, ensuring seamless student experiences.
  • Monitor student progress and attendance, working closely with the Registry and Assistant/Associate Dean to track student success metrics.
  • Assist with handling academic disciplinary issues and advise students on academic questions or issues.
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop academic projects and student study/skill workshops.
  • Organize and coordinate academic-related student extracurricular projects and networking/social events.
  • Manage academic communications to students through various channels.
  • Serve as a bridge between academics, student services, and careers to deliver a seamless student experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a student-facing role, with administrative or academic support experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Native English speaker or similar level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record and commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Skilled with database management and strong comprehension of Microsoft packages.
