Job Title: Education Social Worker

Join our team as an Education Social Worker and play a key role in supporting the development of our schools' program at Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Social Worker to join our Engagement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of our schools' program, improving our offerings to local schools, and broadening the reach of our program to meet the needs of more schools in every part of the borough.

The Schools Engagement Officer will be the key point of contact with teachers and administrators in Ealing schools, building new relationships with schools across the borough while maintaining and building on existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the delivery of our schools' program, including improving our offerings to local schools and broadening the reach of our program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with teachers and administrators in Ealing schools, seeking to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing ones.
  • Work closely with the Engagement team to develop and deliver learning and outreach programs that meet the needs of schools and communities.
  • Contribute to the development of our schools' program, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in education, learning, and/or community programming.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and the needs of schools and communities.
