Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our training programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional participant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
    • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Event Planning
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events, conferences, and workshops.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Book travel arrangements, manage event registrations, and coordinate logistics as needed.
    • Provide administrative support to the training team, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including training participants, instructors, and subject matter experts.
    • Communicate project updates, progress, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or project management.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
