Overview: Recruitment Hunters is seeking a qualified Higher Education Services Coordinator for a prominent client in the academic sector.

Role Summary: The successful candidate will have prior experience in a university setting, specifically in a comparable position. This role involves overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing student services and academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of four staff members, ensuring effective delivery of student services and academic functions.
  • Student Welfare: Lead initiatives focused on the welfare and safety of students, acting as the primary contact for student support.
  • Academic Administration: Oversee academic administration tasks, including attendance monitoring, timetabling, and reception management.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and communicate welfare-related guidelines to students.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track student performance and collaborate with educational leaders to address any critical issues.
  • Event Coordination: Organize student social activities and manage preparations for graduation ceremonies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the higher education sector.
  • Proven experience in team management and student services.
