We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Solutions Director to join our rapidly growing corporate team at Times Higher Education. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts with K12 clients across our full portfolio of global events, data, content, advertising, and consultancy products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with corporate clients in the K12 education sector and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, content, data, marketing, operations, and editorial, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor landscape to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of new products, services, and events that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the education sector, representing Times Higher Education at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in live or digital events, with a strong track record of success in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders from government, education, and industry.
  • Commercially astute and entrepreneurial outlook, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
