About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Nobul RS. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Education and SaaS sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new business opportunities and engaging with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct outreach and daily calls to build a robust sales pipeline and promote our SaaS solutions.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging online platform demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with market trends and network with potential clients.
Requirements
  • Proven success in a new business sales role, preferably in the Education or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse customer needs and preferences.
  • Proficiency in the full sales cycle, including lead identification, evaluation, and conversion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and achieve goals as part of a dynamic team.
  • Experience in consultative sales and a deep understanding of the Education and SaaS markets.
