About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Search Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new business development and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with our Business Development Executives to ensure they have a full diary of quality meetings and presentations.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our Business Development Executives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and rapport building skills.
- Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable.
