Role Overview:

As part of the Business Support team at Pertemps Recruitment, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator. This role is pivotal and ideal for individuals with prior administrative experience looking to enhance their skills within a Local Authority setting.

  • Managing the reception area
  • Documenting safeguarding meetings
  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing various internal systems
  • Performing general administrative tasks

  • Demonstrates initiative and is proactive in seeking clarification
  • Proficient in Office 365 is a must
