Job Summary:

The Change Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth implementation of changes across the organization, minimizing production impacts and costs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to changes proposed by Engineering, ensuring clear communication across the business and minimizing any production impacts.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of changes in production, minimizing obsolescence and cost impacts, while registering all implementations in the system.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of internal processes, with a focus on enhancing automation.
  • Collaborate on improving workflows within Teamcenter and the MRP system to help Engineering and the Business reduce the time required for changes to progress from initiation to completion.
  • Keep the Configurator team updated on any impacts to the Product Configurator and Customer Orders, while supporting data control updates and maintenance within the MRP system.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities:

A Change Coordinator is responsible for managing, ensuring compliance and maintaining the quality and environmental procedures, records, and documents relevant to their role.

Requirements:
  • Change Management/Product Life Cycle Management – Essential
  • Technical Drawings, Product Structure, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) – Essential
  • MRP/ERP platform – Desirable
  • Siemens Teamcenter – Desirable
  • Applicable regulations & standards – Desirable
  • Design within engineering – Desirable
  • Microsoft Power tools, Siemens Mendix, or similar low-code applications – Desirable
Experience:
  • Previous experience in the Trucks and Automotive industries – Desirable
  • Experience in a business with similar product volumes and complexity – Desirable
  • Experience with product configurators – Desirable
  • Continuous Improvement/Kaizen – Desirable
Education / Qualifications:
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical field – Essential
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering – Desirable
  • Six Sigma/Greenbelt Certification – Desirable
  • Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE) – Desirable
Language Skills:

Spanish language or ability with non-English languages – Desirable
