As a Residential Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the support and reintegration of clients into society. Your contributions will be vital in helping individuals navigate their challenges and achieve stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Housing and Support Manager in daily operations and collaborate with team members.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships and effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, maintaining composure when interacting with individuals facing difficulties.
  • Undergo a DBS check as part of the hiring process.
  • Possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work-related tasks.
