Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
  2. Oversee the smooth operation of the home, promoting the safety, well-being, and development of young people.
  3. Coordinate care plans, risk assessments, and liaise with external agencies as required.
  4. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive environment where both staff and young people can thrive.
