Residential Care Home Leader

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the setup and management of a new residential home for children with learning disabilities near Nuneaton, West Midlands.
Main Responsibilities:- Create a homely atmosphere that promotes emotional well-being and independence in children.
- Manage daily operations to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and develop a committed team with ongoing training opportunities.
- Prioritise child safety and well-being through robust safeguarding practices.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Registered Manager to drive positive change in the lives of children with complex needs. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care services, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' experience in management within children's residential care.
- Experience in staff supervision.
- Strong leadership and Ofsted standards knowledge.
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses up to £10,000 annually.
