The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient and friendly service.

You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, resolving issues and providing information about our products and services. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will be key to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs and resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
