Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist who will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients and international partners. This position is pivotal in managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless export operations.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee and manage general email communications, ensuring timely responses and coordinating collections from suppliers.
  • Utilize ProCarS for generating shipping documents such as Mawb and Hawb, and prepare export entries in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor cost efficiency and manage pending tasks on a daily basis.
  • Investigate and resolve all customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Assist sales and customer service management with client visits as required, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Ensure all received rates are communicated to the Team Leader for proper integration into ProCarS for automated rating.
  • Support the Team Leader in managing and developing team members while organizing workloads effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in airfreight logistics.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing export processes.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
