Job Title: Technical Services Pricing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Pricing Lead to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our commercial solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain pricing models and methodologies to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pricing or commercial role, preferably in the facilities services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing models and methodologies, including cost-plus, mark-up, and value-based pricing.
