Job Title: Technical Services Pricing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Pricing Lead to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our commercial solutions team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role

The Technical Services Pricing Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining pricing models and methodologies to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for our clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on pricing and estimation to internal stakeholders.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UK FM industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing and estimation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
