Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in a global healthcare support business. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe, supporting them with healthcare and security enquiries, and advising on services available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with a high volume of inbound calls, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Coordinate authorisation of policies and deal with internal and external email queries.
  • Escalate cases, using Salesforce CRM to record and manage data.
  • Negotiate claims, liaising with 3rd parties globally, such as hospitals and clinics.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working within a customer service or contact centre environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and telephone manner.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Packages.
  • An empathetic approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
