As a Lounge Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their visit. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, and providing information on our services and facilities.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you have a positive attitude, a can-do approach, and a desire to exceed customer expectations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
- Manage the reception area, including handling customer inquiries and providing information on our services and facilities
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Be familiar with our products and services, and be able to advise customers on their options
- Take and pass on messages accurately to ensure excellent communication across all disciplines
- Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner, including assisting with other duties as required
- Have a positive and lasting relationship with all customers and clients
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and behave appropriately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a reception role
- The ability to prioritize and have an eye for detail
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate great teamwork
- The ability to follow instructions
- To project a willing and helpful attitude
- To be customer-focused at all times
- 35 hours full-time contract – Subject to full Airport ID and completion of 3 months' probation
- Hourly weekly pay
- Guaranteed overtime
- Weekdays late shifts only (13:00 to 22:00)
- Weekends late and early shifts
