Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our esteemed clients and international partners. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing and responding to general inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Utilizing our systems to generate necessary shipping documentation and prepare export entries in compliance with regulations.
- Overseeing cost management and addressing outstanding tasks on a daily basis.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assisting the sales team with client visits as needed and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Collaborating with the Team Leader to facilitate the integration of received rates into our systems.
- Supporting the Team Leader in staff management and workload distribution.
Qualifications
About You
- Proven experience in airfreight logistics.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing export processes.
- Customer-oriented with a strong dedication to service excellence.
- Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
